Their service was quick and easy. My RO and softener were installed quickly and the installer was courteous and knowledgeable. He was even kind enough to take off his shoes before entering my house. The difference in my water is incredible. The RO water tastes so much cleaner and we didn't know what we were missing with hard water. Updated DEC 2025 We had an issue with the unit and I'm pretty sure everyone in the company got involved, came out quickly, totally solved the problem. Few firms in town stand behind their products like these folks. Updated NOV 2025: I purchased the system and don't have time to deal with filters and cleaning my self at this time, so I asked BCS PWS to come out and handle that for me. They were on time, the tech (a licensed plumber no less) was on time, polite, thorough, and shared some useful information. Original Review ~ 2024 Super patient during the sales process, professional installation, good/fast customer service, good billing comms, a few "value add" configuration upgrades, and our first service was perfect (tech cleaned up beyond what most tradesman do these days)

We believe in preventative maintenance so we have the folks at BCS come over annually to check out our system and change filters, etc. Lyndell came again today and brought a newer BCS team member, Tim, and gave our system a thorough checkup. Changed filters and made any necessary adjustments. I appreciate these folks so much. Their recommendations are very honest without any hard-sell pressure. It's very well worth spending a little money to have them keep our system running perfectly.
